Counselling can be short or long term, greatly depending on the individual and the situation. I would recommend starting with a 40 minute trial / assesment session, followed by 6 x 50 minute hour sessions, with a review at the sixth.

Schools / Colleges POA
Session cancellations will not be charged where there is 24hr notice, but I strongly encourage clients to stick to their weekly commitment to really benefit from the counselling experience.
